The position

As a Change Specialist 2 you have a vital role in minimising risks related to changes, preventing unauthorised modifications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Within the Cange Control Board (CCB), you are responsible for ensuring that all modifications are properly documented, thoroughly reviewed, and approved before implementation.

You are also key in facilitating clear communication across teams, troubleshooting issues efficiently, and optimising system performance, all while helping maintain the integrity of the PAL-V.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive impact analyses on proposed changes, assessing potential effects on all aspects and evaluating feasibility.
• Support the development of change proposals by providing valuable insights into their technical aspects.
• Facilitate the accurate registration and closure of changes in the PLM system, ensuring thorough and complete documentation.
• Collaborate with the CCB and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between engineering, production, supply chain, and project management teams, fostering effective communication and understanding of change requirements.

Softwareskills

• Experience with a PLM system. We use Windchill.

• You have affection with engineering.
• You possess an analytical mindset, enabling you to perform detailed impact assessments and technical analyses.
• A high level of precision and consistency in documenting work processes is required.
• You demonstrate strong organisational, communication and time management skills.
• You take a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• A strong command of the English language both verbally and in written.
